Bladder Problems?
If you suffer from bladder problems and have to go to bathroom more than usual here are the most probably causes:
1. Drinking too much fluid
Try not to drink more than two liters of fluid a day. Try to be consistent and avoid drinking fluid right before bedtime.
2. Drinking too little fluid
Drinking too little is just as bad as drinking more than the recommended amount (about one liter). This can lead to bladder infection. Also, remember that you also obtain water from food.
3. Alcoholic Beverages/Caffeine
Dehydration
4. Citrus Fruit/Juices
Acids can irritate the bladder
5. Spicy Foods
Overall, it’s all about balance and looking at what foods you recently ate or drank
